2. Services
BellyandBoudoir Photography provides maternity, boudoir, and other photography services. All bookings, payments, and image usage must comply with these Terms.
3. Booking & Payments
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to book a session.
• Full payment must be made before or on the day of the session.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days before the session.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
4. Image Usage & Copyright
• All images captured by Belly and Boudoir Photography are copyrighted. We retain the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
• Clients receive personal usage rights for purchased images but may not sell or modify them for commercial use without permission.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of images is prohibited.
5. Client Responsibilities
• Clients must arrive on time for their session. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time without refund.
• Clients are responsible for their own attire, makeup, and overall appearance unless hair and makeup services are included in their package.
• Any requested retouching beyond the standard editing process may incur additional fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
• We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, equipment failure, or client dissatisfaction with personal appearance.
• If a session must be rescheduled due to technical issues or illness, we will work to provide an alternative date.
• Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the session.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with your images, please contact us, and we will attempt to make reasonable corrections where possible.
8. Website Use
• You agree not to misuse our Website, upload malicious content, or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property, including logos and website content, is prohibited.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our services if you violate these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New York State/ USA . Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in New York City.
