BOOKING INFO / CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking:
All bookings as of April 01,2024 are for my new studio in Long Island City NY. If you were hoping to book for my previous locations (the piano studio) you must book the piano package. .
Please request a booking via website and complete it as detailed as possible, mentioning the date you would like to book for and which package you are interested in. I will reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss this in details. Once we have confirmed the date and time for your session, in order to book I require a 50% non-refundable retainer sent either via Zelle to ([email protected]) or Venmo @bellyandboudoir). l will need your full contact information including email. Once received, you will get a booking confirmation, remaining invoice, questionnaire, client guide & contract for your session. In order to confirm your session you must sign the contract and complete the questionnaire.
Pre-Session:
The week of your photo session, I will reach out to schedule our tele-wardrobe meeting so we can discuss your vision and what looks you would like to do. Upon arrival to your session, the wardrobe you choose will be steamed and ready for you to use. If you have a specific desired look you’d like to do, please confirm with me prior to booking to ensure it can be done.
I do NOT do the hanging fabric look at this time!!
Post session:
RAW Unedited images are NOT released. I will upload your best images and allow you to choose which images you’d like for me to edit. Extra images are available for purchase. I do offer 3 images expedited free of charge for any baby shower as long as it is 2 weeks post session. Current turnaround for full gallery release is 4-6 weeks.
Cancelation policy:
All deposits are non-refundable unless in the event that I have to cancel (then I will issue you a full refund regardless the timeframe). In case you need to reschedule as long as 72hours prior notice I can accommodate you and move the date to my next availability and transfer the deposit to that date. I permit only 1 reschedule before the forfeit of the deposit. Any cancellations will lead to company credit only. No changes can be made to the session after the 72 hour mark and will lead to the forfeit of the deposit so please be mindful when booking not to schedule to close to your due date. Recommended time is 27-34 weeks. Please read this over carefully prior to booking & should you have any questions please ask to avoid any confusion or issues pre or post session.
